Princess Beatrice's stepson is getting some sun during his school break.

When Beatrice married Edoardo Mapelli Mozzi in 2020, she became a stepmother to his son — Christopher Woolf, who goes by the nickname "Wolfie" — from his previous relationship with Dara Huang. With U.K. schools currently on vacation for half-term, Wolfie headed to Florida to spend time with his American mother.

"What half-term looks like when you’re from Florida," Huang, an architect and designer, wrote on Instagram. "Spending time with our loved ones is the most important part about school break!"

Photos and videos showed Huang and Wolfie spending time at SeaWorld, the beach and on a lake in a flamingo-inspired paddle boat.

In a 2024 interview with Harper's Bazaar U.K., Huang opened up about co-parenting with her ex and Princess Beatrice.

"Wolfie has had two sets of parents trying to help him on both sides, and I just think, 'The more, the merrier,' " she said. "I feel lucky to have such positive people around him, who really embrace him — because it didn’t have to be so easy."

"It's all about your point of view," she continued. "I don't understand people who are divorced and then hold their children as collateral; that doesn't make any sense. It’s about creating a happy home and lifestyle."

Princess Beatrice, 36, became the first member of her generation of the British royal family to become a step-parent, and a source told PEOPLE in 2020 that she embraced the position from the start.

"Beatrice is a wonderful and very hands-on stepmom," the source said.

Wolfie has joined the royals for family events such as Queen Elizabeth's Platinum Jubilee Pageant in 2022, their traditional walk to church on Christmas and the annual holiday concert organized by Kate Middleton.

Last month, Wolfie became a big brother again. Princess Beatrice and Edo, who were already parents to 3-year-old daughter Sienna Elizabeth, announced the arrival of her newborn daughter, Athena Elizabeth Rose Mapelli Mozzi.

On Jan. 29, the British royal family announced Athena's birth, which occurred a week prior on Jan. 22. Athena, who was photographed wrapped in a pink blanket along with the announcement, arrived several weeks early, as the palace originally said she was due in the early spring.

Edo shared a social media tribute to his newborn daughter, writing: "Athena Elizabeth Rose Mapelli Mozzi. We welcomed Baby Athena into our lives last week. She is tiny and absolutely perfect. We are all (including Wolfie and Sienna) already completely besotted with her. Our hearts are overflowing with love for you, baby Athena."

"A massive thank you from my wife and I goes out to all the wonderful staff at the Chelsea and Westminster Hospital for their exceptional care and support during this incredibly special time," he added.
