Farrah Abraham is a big fan of plastic surgery, and she’s never been shy about sharing the work she’s gotten done over the years.
The former Teen Mom star, 33, appeared on the March 17 episode of PageSix’s Virtual Reali-Tea podcast and discussed getting “preventive” cosmetic procedures throughout her 20s, adding that she has no regrets.
Abraham said she’s currently getting Morpheus8 to combat the effects of aging, and is on her second of three sessions. Morpheus8 is a microneedling device that uses radio frequency to penetrate the skin and target fat for a smoother appearance. Heat is delivered under the skin at a certain depth based on the needles and the customized treatment.
“Morpheus face. I’m really working through that right now,” she said. “No matter if I’ve had the fat under my chin sucked up from a plastic surgeon, I’m still doing morpheus under there to keep it tight. It’s like, you’ve done all this work in your 20s but no matter what your skin is just kinda, boop boop boop, it just does its weird thing.”
“So for everyone who wasn’t doing preventative maintenance, watch out. But I have,” she said with a laugh.
Hosts Danny Murphy and Evan Real then praised Abraham for being one of the first stars to be transparent about the surgeries she’s had and the changes in her appearance.
“Some people are like, ‘I gotta pray to Jesus just so I can do a facelift.’ I’m gonna tell you right now, if I’m sagging enough to go get my blepharoplasty or any of this…it’s getting snatched right away,” she said. “I am preventative.”

“I feel like if I wait until I’m older — and I see a lot of my girlfriends in their 50s and 60s holding off — it gets more expensive,” she explained. “Let’s be honest, I would rather save women money, save myself money and do it early.”
Abraham then added that right now, a blepharoplasty — a procedure to remove excess eyelid skin — and a mini face lift are on her plastic surgery “wish list.”
“Girls can play all day,” she boasted. “Anyone can play with their bodies, enjoy yourselves. Do not shame yourself.”
Back in 2018, the reality star even documented herself getting butt injections, while her daughter Sophia watched and filmed in the background.
“Hey guys, so I’m showing you guys a booty secret,” Abraham said in the clip, posted to Instagram. “We’re putting sculpture in there. And we are just smoothing it out, keeping it normal, keeping it natural with our regular collagen, not any extra fillers, which we all get confused about. So this is really nice, easy, simple and it lasts for two years. I love this booty secret for summer.”
After getting a lot of criticism from people asking why her daughter was in the room during the procedure, Abraham replied that Sophia, then 9, was “learning.”
“Our children are curious so more power to Sophia learning about aesthetics & health,” she said at the time.
