A permanent location of The FRIENDS Experience is officially coming to Las Vegas in honor of the series’ 30th anniversary. While there is already a permanent exhibit in New York City, the new site, titled “The One in Vegas,” will be the first flagship out West and is set to open later in 2024. Similar to “The One in New York City,” the Las Vegas experience will allow guests to dance around the fountain like the cast does during the opening credits, or pose for a photo opp inside the fan-favorite Central Perk. Additional settings from the show will be recreated at the new location as well, including the Las Vegas chapel where Ross and Rachel drunkenly tie the knot in season 5. A Friends-Themed Apartment Pop-Up Experience Is Now Open In NYC Central Perk at the FRIENDS experience Las Vegas. Original X Productions Visitors will also be able to learn about the show’s production and costume design or stop by the gift shop to pick up a nostalgic memento to take home. Discovery Global Themed Entertainment, Original X Productions (OGX) and Warner Bros. Television Group. The company has also hosted limited-time exhibitions in 22 cities around the globe, including Amsterdam, Toronto, Melbourne and more. There is also an “active location” in Boston that features similar activities as the New York City flagship, per the press release. The beloved sitcom first premiered in September 1994 and starred Courteney Cox, Jennifer Aniston, Lisa Kudrow, Matthew Perry, Matt Le Blanc and David Schwimmer.
