Heather Rae El Moussa and Tarek El Moussa Jet Off to Caribbean with All 3 Kids for Family Vacation

Heather Rae El Moussa and Tarek El Moussa are en route to their family vacation destination!

On Tuesday, July 30, the couple were snapped making their journey to the Caribbean with their 17-month-old son Tristan Jay, and his older siblings Taylor, 13, and Brayden, 8, whom Tarek shares with his ex-wife Christina Hall.

On her Instagram Stories, Heather, 36, posted a photo of herself posing with Tarek, 42, and the three kids in front of a plane on the runway at the start of their trip. 

“Caribbean bound 🌴🌊✈️” she wrote over the shot, tagging her husband.

Heather next shared a sweet photo of herself sitting with her baby boy fast asleep on the plane. “Snuggle buddy ✈️💤,” the Selling Sunset alum captioned the post. 

The 17-month-old was later snapped awake and sitting up on the plane, “watching his show 😊,” wrote Heather as Tristan sported cute bear pajamas and a pair of headphones. 

Heather then posted a shot of a balcony view of Miami skyscrapers as she explained that her family had stopped in the city “for the night” during their travels. 

The Flipping El Moussas star later appeared in a video on her Instagram Stories as she discussed her "seamless" first day traveling with the kids while giving a breakdown of their journey so far.

“We are halfway through our trip. So traveling with three kids was actually not that bad. We had a pretty seamless day. We had a few little hiccups but that's normal. It's just been a really long day,” Heather said in the clip. 

She explained that her family had stopped in Miami during a layover “so the kids could sleep” and “settle in a little” before continuing their journey to the Caribbean the next day.

Heather then opened up in the video about her own traveling anxieties as she noted that she is a “really stressful traveler.”

“I could get overwhelmed by things and I really try not to be,” she shared in the clip. “Tarek and I are not the best travelers together I'd say. We always stress each other out. And then we recover pretty quick, but there's always like that … tension moment."

"I'm gonna work on it though,” Heather added.
