The baby is coming!

Renée Zellweger was spotted filming scenes for the upcoming film Bridget Jones’s Baby in London, and her character looks like she’s in a lot of pain.

A very pregnant Bridget Jones was seen getting carried into the maternity unit of the University College London Hospital by Colin Firth, who reprises his role as Mark Darcy, and Patrick Dempsey, whose character is still unknown.

Firth, 55, holds Zellweger, 44, under her arms as Dempsey, 49, holds her legs to pull her off the ground as they carry her into the hospital.

Zellweger, meanwhile, winces as she keeps a firm grip on Firth’s hands.

And from the looks of the scene, baby Jones is definitely on its way!

Firth looked dapper in a sleek black suit, while Dempsey stayed casual in a brown jacket and blue jeans. Zellweger kept to her character’s signature quirky style in a striped shirt with a fluffy blue jacket on top.

The cast has been hard at work filming in the U.K., and while there are some hints as to what fans can expect from Bridget Jones’s Baby, the plot and details of each character still remain largely a mystery.

But the biggest question of them all: Who is Bridget Jones’ baby daddy?

While previous scenes suggested Jones’ longtime boyfriend Mark Darcy could be the father, having Dempsey’s character in this scene raises even more questions.

Bridget Jones’s Baby is expected to hit theaters Sept. 16, 2016.
