Have you ever wondered what the losing Super Bowl team does after the game? They have the "saddest party you've been to," according to Jason and Travis Kelce.
Jason, 37, and Travis, 35, revealed all the bittersweet details of how the losing team celebrates their Super Bowl appearance despite not going home with the Vince Lombardi trophy on an episode of their podcast New Heights with Jason and Travis Kelce released on Thursday, Feb. 6.
"They already have the parties set up in advance, so you still have the party," Jason explained, recalling the festivities feeling "very weird" when he and the Eagles lost to Travis and the Chiefs in 2023.
"It's just the saddest party you've ever been to," Jason continued. "Picture a birthday party combined with a funeral, and that's what a Super Bowl losing party feels like."

The former Philadelphia Eagle said it "feels like somebody just died" and everyone is "trying to justify what happened."
Plus, the event is usually when players are "saying goodbyes to teammates who aren't gonna be there next year," Jason shared.
Travis recalled the year he and the Chiefs lost to Tom Brady and the Tampa Bay Buccaneers in 2021, which happened amid Covid-19 regulations. "The one I lost was actually COVID year, so we just jumped back on the plane and went the f--- home," he recalled.
Signing off from their episode before the Chiefs play the Eagles in the Super Bowl on Sunday, Feb. 9, Jason wished his brother "good luck" as Kansas City hopes to become the first NFL team to win three consecutive championships.
But the former Eagles star — who still resides in Philadelphia with his wife, Kylie Kelce, and their children — is staying true to his Philly roots on game day.

And "no matter" who wins on Sunday, Jason said, "I'm gonna be happy for one of those sides and I'm gonna be sad for the other side."
“And it’s similar to the last time we played," he continued, referring to the 2023 Super Bowl between Kansas City and Philadelphia that resulted in a Kansas City win. "I mean, maybe a little bit less intense because I'm not playing now, but I think it's gonna be very, very similar. I really do," Jason added.
