That's what Ashton Hall's followers are wondering after the entrepreneur and fitness influencer went viral for his extreme multi-step regime that starts around 3:52 a.m. and concludes at 9:30 a.m. local time. While the content creator himself boasts 8.8M followers on Instagram and 4.8M followers on TikTok, an X account (known as @tipsformenx) racked up the views for uploading a clip of Hall documenting his morning routine. His morning started with a practice known as mouth taping. According to WebMD, the health and wellness trend "involves placing special adhesive tape over your lips at night to keep your mouth closed and to stop mouth breathing while you sleep." 75-Year-Old Fitness Influencer After Losing 68 Lbs. and Taking Up Weightlifting: 'Now I'm Living' Ashton Hall wipes banana peel on his face. Ashton Hall/Instagram After he peeled the tape off, Hall brushed his teeth at around 3:53 a.m. and gargled with Saratoga Spring Water before taking the bottle outside for a quick pump at 4:00 a.m. local time. He then proceeded to do a few push-ups until roughly 4:20 a.m. From around 4:30 a.m. to 4:45 a.m., he did some reading and journaling. He also watched what sounded like a spiritual podcast before returning to his notepad to journal again. All the while, his bottle of Saratoga Spring Water followed him. At 5:46 a.m., the fitness guru poured ice cubes and water from his Saratoga Spring Water bottle into a bowl and massaged the cubes in the water before dunking his entire face into the frigid formula. The entire process took approximately three minutes. About 15 minutes later, Hall got dressed for a workout (the first workout of the day). In addition to his gym shorts and sneakers, he also popped on some jewelry, including a ring and a bracelet (which appeared to be the $4.6k Van Cleef & Arpels bracelet). Hall was off to the races at 6:30 a.m., hitting the treadmill at a very fast pace where he sprinted for approximately 20 minutes before heading to the pool for a swim. He dove into crystal-clear, blue waters at 7:36 a.m. and swam for around 15 minutes, followed by another pool to chill. Ashton Hall/Instagram From around 8:20 a.m. to 8:35 a.m., the fitness fiend showered. Then, he gazed into a mirror, split open a banana, ate a piece of the fruit and smeared the peel onto his face at 8:45 a.m. At 8:55 a.m., he washed his face again. At 9:06 a.m., he was delivered his second ice cube-filled bowl of the day. As it was placed at his desk, a suit-clad Hall sat down in front of his computer and proceeded to dunk his face in the icy water. After the facial plunge, Hall began his work day 10 minutes later. While he took care of business, the lady who brought him the ice bowl prepared his breakfast (scrambled eggs, two slices of avocado toast and bacon of sorts). Hall ate his morning meal at 9:26 a.m. and washed it down with — you guessed it — Saratoga Spring Water, which was placed in front of him on his desk.
