Brittany Mahomes’ 4-Year-Old Daughter Sterling Hits the Gym with Toy Treadmill and Foam Weights: ‘Go Get It, Girl!’

Brittany Mahomes has passed on her love of fitness to her eldest daughter, Sterling!

On Monday, March 24, the Kansas City Current co-owner, 29, shared a series of Instagram Stories of little Sterling, 4, enjoying a workout with toy gym equipment including a baby treadmill and foam weights.

Dressed in patterned red leggings and a long-sleeve T-shirt, the tot ran on the multicolored treadmill before stopping and panting for breath. “Nice,” her mom says from off-camera, adding, “Oh man!”

The next story sees Sterling lying on a weights bench lifting some kid-friendly dumbbells as Brittany encourages her, “Go get it, girl!”

When Brittany asks her daughter “Who taught you how to do that?” she replies, “Mom and dad.”

Mom of three Brittany has also introduced Sterling’s baby sister Golden —  whom she welcomed in January with husband Patrick Mahomes, 29 — to the gym, recently referring to the newborn as her “fav workout partner.” Sharing a gym selfie on Mar. 4, the star wore green leggings and a gray zip-up hoodie as she pushed a black stroller where her baby daughter was napping.

Sterling also joined her mom in the gym on Jan. 1 when Brittany shared an Instagram Story of her mini-me sitting on top of her head as she lifted weights. “The best workouts,” Brittany wrote alongside.

And just last week Brittany was working out again, this time ensuring all eyes were on her in a vibrant, hot pink ensemble. In the gym selfie, which she shared on March 19, the star rocked a bright pink ensemble to her Instagram Stories including a matching sports bra, leggings, and even sneakers in the same shade. 

“How much pink is too much?” she jokingly captioned the snap.

The Sports Illustrated model and her husband, Kansas City Chiefs star Patrick, are mom and dad to daughter Sterling Skye, 4, son Patrick "Bronze" Lavon III, 2, and daughter Golden Raye Mahomes, who they welcomed on Jan. 12.
