Tori Spelling Spotted Kissing New Man amid Split from Dean McDermott

Tori Spelling seems to be moving on from Dean McDermott.

The Beverly Hills, 90210 alum, 50, was spotted kissing a new man in downtown Los Angeles late Tuesday, according to photos obtained by DailyMail. The man was identified by the outlet as Ryan Cramer, who is the CEO of Santa Monica-based agency Neuron Syndicate Inc.

For the outing, which reportedly took place at the popular nightlife venue Level 8, Spelling sported a black top and pants, while Cramer wore black pants, a matching shirt and gray coat. Spelling could be seen in the photos wrapping her arms around Cramer's neck as she leaned in for a kiss.

Though the pair were photographed outside of Level 8, PEOPLE can confirm the venue is closed on Mondays and Tuesdays.

Reps for Spelling and Cramer did not respond to PEOPLE's request for comment. 

The PDA comes more than four months after Spelling and McDermott split following more than a decade of marriage.

Back in June, McDermott announced his separation from Spelling in a since-deleted social media post. The pair — who share daughters Stella Doreen and Hattie Margaret, plus sons Liam Aaron, Finn Davey and Beau Dean — were together for 18 years.

"It's with great sadness and a very very heavy heart that after 18 years together and 5 amazing children, that @torispelling and I have decided to go our separate ways, and start a new journey of our own," he wrote at the time, sharing a photo of the former couple and another of the pair with their kids.

"We will continue to work together as loving parents and guide and love our children through this difficult time," McDermott continued. "We ask that you all respect our privacy as we take this time to surround our family with love and work our way through this. Thank you all for your support and kindness. 🙏."

Last month, the actor was photographed with Lily Calo, a senior account executive at Conscious Community Global. They also posed together in a photo posted on her company’s LinkedIn page earlier this month.

The pair were later seen kissing while loading luggage into the trunk of a van at Los Angeles International Airport.

Meanwhile, Spelling and her family were forced to evacuate their rental home due to a nearby police standoff after a neighbor allegedly barricaded himself inside his home with a hostage.
