Tenille Dashwood is a new mom!

The former WWE wrestler, 36, welcomed her first baby, a son named Leo Austin Rallis, with her husband Mike Rallis on Monday, March 3, announcing the news exclusively with PEOPLE.

Baby Leo arrived at 1:24 p.m., weighing 8lbs, 4oz.

"Couldn’t be more excited. I’m ready for it all," she tells PEOPLE of this new chapter in her life. "The middle of the night poopy diapers, cleaning spit up, playing with him and watching him grow. Just want to soak up every minute of it."

Rallis tells PEOPLE that he and Dashwood found out the exciting news after she took "a dozen tests" without telling him and showed him the results. On some of the pregnancy tests, Rallis says there was a faint line indicating a positive result.

"Being a skeptic, I didn’t buy it. So she took a digital test that revealed either 'Pregnant' or 'Not,' " he explained. "We looked at it together, and sure enough it was 'Pregnant.' A few happy cuss words followed."

Announcing the news to their family and friends was one of Dashwood's favorite parts of the pregnancy news.

"We were visiting Mike’s family right after we found out, so we got to tell them in person, but my family is halfway across the world, so we obviously couldn’t tell them in person," she tells PEOPLE. "We FaceTimed each of them and showed them our first ultrasound. Being able to share our joy with family was so special."

The couple found out the sex of their new addition while surrounded by Dashwood's family in Australia. Attendees had to guess if the baby was going to be a girl or a boy, and while most people were on team girl, Dashwood says she had a feeling it was a boy.

"Mike has nothing but boys in his family. The boy genes are strong," she explains. "And I think that’s what he was secretly rooting for."

The newly minted mom tied the knot with Rallis in March 2024 in a beautiful mountainside ceremony at Kualoa Ranch in Hawaii — a place that was centered between Melbourne, Australia and Minnesota, where Dashwood and Rallis grew up.

The couple exclusively told PEOPLE at the time that their ultimate goal for the wedding was to have an event where their loved ones could come together and celebrate the happy relationship milestone. Dashwood added that it was important that their ceremony, which was planned by I Do Hawaii Weddings and Events, be “authentic” to who they are as a couple.

"There’s no doubt it’s going to be an epic wedding but the most important thing is it’s going to be so much fun," Dashwood said ahead of the pair's nuptials. “We want a celebration where our family and friends can enjoy themselves and have a great time." In agreement, Rallis added of the ceremony, "Stunning scenery, delicious food, live music and the best company we could ask for."
