Ashley Judd

Ashley Judd is an American actress and activist. She rose to fame as Charlene Shiherlis in the 1995 film Heat. Her most famous films include Kiss the Girls (1997), Double Jeopardy (1999), De-Lovely (2004) — which earned her a Golden Globe nomination for best actress in 2005 — and Divine Secrets of the Ya-Ya Sisterhood. Judd has also received two Primetime Emmy Award nominations for her performances in 1996's Norma Jean & Marilyn and 2012's Missing. In 2016, Judd was named a goodwill ambassador for UNFPA, the sexual and reproductive health agency.
