Jennifer Aniston is cooking up something new!

The Emmy-Award winning actress has announced her new children’s cookbook, Cook with Clydeo, with illustrations by the animation studio Invisible Universe, and PEOPLE got a first look at the cover.

The book, which will be published by HarperCollins this fall, includes a variety of "totally awesome" kid-friendly recipes that are bound to entice tiny tummies. The cookbook also features a few recipes for dogs.

"I’m so excited to announce that Cook with Clydeo — a cookbook for children and their parents with recipes for pups, too! — is coming soon,” Aniston tells PEOPLE in an exclusive statement. "The recipes are simple but delicious, and my hope is that families will enjoy trying these new dishes and have fun while doing it. Bon appetit!"

Cook with Clydeo includes "35 tasty, easy-to-follow recipes for every meal of the day," the synopsis teases.

"From breakfast through dessert, young chefs will learn how to make yummy, crowd-pleasing dishes, including Jennifer Aniston's Easy Enchilada Bites, Clydeo's Legendary Lasagna and more!"

The recipes include simple, step-by-step instructions, as well as important kitchen safety tips and the beloved pup's witty commentary on ways to elevate a meal. Aniston also opens up about her own experience in the kitchen, adding "stories of mishaps and triumphs."

The description says that the book "will empower any kid to don an apron and take a bite out of life, just like Clydeo!"

Aniston released her debut children’s book, Clydeo Takes a Bite Out of Life, with illustrations by Bruno Jacob, on Oct. 1, 2024. The book is the first in a four-book deal between the actress, HarperCollins and Invisible Universe.

In the series, Clydeo, an animated pup who first appeared on Aniston’s Instagram in 2021, and who is based on Aniston’s real-life rescue dog Clyde, takes center stage.

Per HarperCollins, the children’s cookbook will be followed by Clydeo Versus Peanut Butter later this year and Clydeo Makes a Friend in winter 2026.

Along with the book series, the Friends alum has launched The Clydeo Fund, in support of animal rescue organizations around the globe.

Aniston previously told PEOPLE that she wanted to "create a fund where we can donate to these animals all over the world and inspire people to just throw in a dollar. It all adds up." She added, “We can get awareness out and help the shelters that are in desperate need."

The Morning Show star and executive producer often shares stories of rescue dogs in need on her own Instagram account.

"It's so hard, but it helps; they get seen and rescued," she previously told PEOPLE in an exclusive interview. "It's almost impossible to keep up with it. But I'm constantly updated that so-and-so got rescued. So all I keep thinking is if one gets out, that's all I care about."

Cook with Clydeo will be published on Sept. 9, and is now available for preorder, wherever books are sold.
