Rosie O'Donnell's daughter Chelsea has learned of her fate in Wisconsin court five months after she was first arrested.

The 27-year-old was arrested three times between September and December in Wisconsin, beginning with a Sept. 10 arrest on multiple felony charges including neglecting a child and possession of methamphetamine. She posted bail and was released, only to be arrested again a month later on several more felony counts including bail jumping, resisting or obstructing an officer, and possession of methamphetamine.

In November, she was arrested for a third time on similar felony counts — possession of methamphetamine, bail jumping and possession of narcotic drugs — and appeared in court in Wisconsin on Monday, March 31 related to the charges.

According to court records obtained by PEOPLE, Chelsea appeared in court alongside her attorney Brad Hansen for a sentencing on the three felony counts she pled guilty to in February — resisting or obstructing an officer, felony bail jumping and possession of methamphetamine.

That same day, her misdemeanor charges for possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of narcotic drugs were both dismissed.

Chelsea was sentenced to six years probation on March 31, a two-year sentence for each of the three guilty counts. She could face prison time, should she violate any of the probation requirements.

The conditions of the mom of four's probation include absolute sobriety, no possession of alcohol or another controlled substance without a valid prescription, no contact with any known drug users or sellers, and no possession or ownership of any firearm.

Chelsea is also required to obtain a high school diploma or GED, and complete a full mental health evaluation, per the court records. The criminal case against Rosie's oldest daughter is now closed.

Rosie, meanwhile, remains out of the country as she revealed in a March 12 TikTok that she and her 12-year-old Clay have relocated to Ireland amid President Donald Trump's reelection.

After Chelsea's two initial arrests in September and October, the former talk show host, 63, said in a TikTok that the legal trouble "is not new for our family" and thanked her fans for "their kind words and wishes about Chelsea."
