Since this TV has Roku’s streaming software built in, it eliminates one extra power cord you’d normally have hanging down from a streaming stick or box. As a tech lover who currently has a Roku, Fire TV Stick, Google TV, and Apple TV running on various screens around my house, I recommend Roku above the others because of its attractive layout and ease of use, not to mention it has my favorite remote control of the trio.

One Target shopper compared this set favorably with a more expensive one they had. “The Roku TV was not only less expensive, it is also a better TV,” they wrote. “Colors and overall viewing quality is better. I also like the quick boot up when turning the TV on,” which they added was “virtually instant.” That last note is a little thing that really goes a long way, as I can attest from having one smart TV that seems to take forever to boot up.
