The newest Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star is speaking out!
Season 14 newcomer Bozoma "Boz" Saint John recently stopped by the Tubi original talk show We Got Time Today to talk about going from the boardroom to Bravo with hosts Deion Sanders and Rocsi Diaz.
"You go from corporate America, CMO [Chief Marketing Officer] of Pepsi, Uber, Netflix, Apple ... to now Real Housewives of Beverly Hills," Diaz began, sharing Boz's impressive resume.

When asked about her transition from the corporate world to the world of reality TV, the Eve by Boz CEO, 47, replied, "It was a surprise to me as well."
"This scenario — the interactions with the women, all those things — is light work. It really is," she explained. "Because the battle in the boardroom is much, much worse than this."
"Having a conversation [with costars], at least I know what you're talking about. Try being in a boardroom where you're getting cut from all angles. Especially if you're the only woman and the only Black person," Boz added.
"That is a battle that you don't want any parts of," she continued. "And the fact that I've survived not just one, but four, of those types of rooms means that there's really nothing that anyone could ever say to me that would make me sweat."
Boz is the only new full-time addition on RHOBH this season, joining returning housewives Kyle Richards, Dorit Kemsley, Erika Jayne, Garcelle Beauvais and Sutton Stracke. She is the third Black housewife on the show following Beauvais and Annemarie Wiley.

With the season having just started, Boz has yet to find herself in any major battles, but being a sympathetic ear to Dorit amid her feud with Kyle may have some repercussions as the season progresses.
