Woman Luncheon, held at The Beverly Hilton on Friday, April 18, Paris, 44, was recognized as the Woman of the Year for her leadership and efforts following the Palisades Fire. While crediting her mother, 66, and grandmother as individuals who have "shaped the woman that I am today," Paris revealed the advice she got from Kathy the night before The Simple Life first aired in 2003. "My mom told me, 'Paris, the show airs on Fox tomorrow, your life is going to change forever. And I always want you to just remain the same sweet and down to earth girl you are. And never forget that,' " said Paris.
