Nikki Glaser Admits to Gwyneth Paltrow She Tried to Match with Her Ex Ben Affleck on Dating App Raya

Nikki Glaser is dishing on celebrities she's encountered on the dating app Raya.

When Glaser, 40, appeared on the Monday, March 24 episode of the Goop podcast with Gwyneth Paltrow, the comedian confessed to Paltrow, 52, that she used to see the Oscar winner's ex boyfriend Ben Affleck on Raya in years past and remembered she hoped to match with him.

"Oh, I definitely — when I used to be on Raya and he would come across, very concentrated check mark. Yes," Glaser said of Affleck, whom Paltrow dated on-and-off between 1997 and 2000. "And never getting it back. There are so many there are so many celebrities that I saw on Raya."

Glaser has been dating her boyfriend Chris Convy on-and-off for more than a decade. It's not entirely clear when Glaser may have seen Affleck on Raya, but when Paltrow expressed surprise that so many celebrities use the dating app, Glaser claimed she also came across Andrew Garfield's profile.

"I think Andrew Garfield's face came up for me so many times. Multiple times," Glaser said, to which Paltrow responded, "That would have been a good one. He's gorgeous."

"I'm sure he just didn't see my profile, even though I clicked on his a [million times]. They'll keep serving you up the same people, like, again and again for some reason," Glaser added.

"So every time I'm like, 'Yes, Andrew Garfield, like, duh.' This is years and years ago. I don't want to put anything out there, but, like, yes. Yes. Yes. And I know for a fact he had to have seen my profile and gone, 'Nope,' because sometimes they send people that you keep saying no to? So, like, I would have matched with him if he was interested."

PEOPLE reported in February that Garfield and A Complete Unknown's Monica Barbaro are dating. The pair were photographed spending time together as recently as March 16, when they were seen grocery shopping in Malibu, Calif. Affleck, meanwhile, finalized his divorce from ex-wife Jennifer Lopez in January after Lopez filed for divorce and ended their two-year marriage in August 2024.

Paltrow and Glaser's conversation about Raya came after they discussed Glaser's approach to hosting the 2025 Golden Globe Awards in January, where she notably cracked a joke about Affleck yelling the titles of movies like Wicked, Queer and Nightbitch "after he orgasms" in her opening monologue.
