Kristin Cavallari is officially letting go of the Tennessee home that played an important role in her divorce from her ex Jay Cutler

The Laguna Beach alum, 38, first listed the property in June 2024 for $11 million, according to Zillow. After multiple price cuts, the sprawling home located in Franklin, Tenn., now appears to be under contract for $8.9 million.

According to the official listing, which also has the home's status as “pending,” the property is spread across 28 acres of land and features a main house and a guesthouse. Luxury amenities inside the home include a game room, sauna and full gym in the basement, while the exterior boasts a chicken coop, greenhouse and screened-in patio.

PEOPLE reached out to listing agent Tim Thompson but did not receive an immediate response.

Soon after her home hit the market this past summer, Cavallari opened up about her decision to finally let go of the property in a June 25 episode of her podcast Let’s Be Honest with Kristin Cavallari

She moved into the space a few months after her April 2020 split from Cutler following nearly seven years of marriage, and it’s the place their kids called home for years. The exes share sons Camden, 12, and Jaxon, 10, as well as daughter Saylor, 8.

Cavallari explained that while the house was very “meaningful” to her, it was also a reminder of the difficult period she went through after her divorce.

“This is the house that I healed in and in a way, yeah this is like my divorce house,” she said during the episode. “But there is something about completely starting over and having a fresh start now. I do feel like I’m in a completely different place in my life than I was four years ago obviously.”

The idea of having a “complete fresh start” is what swayed her to be open to moving and leaving her “divorce house” in the past.

“I decided to buy a new house,” she added. “I wasn’t looking but my real estate agent was like, ‘Trust me, you want to come see this house.’ And I completely fell in love with it. It was a big decision for me because my current house right now, I love so much and I made this house exactly how I want it.”

Last month, the Uncommon James founder shared a look inside her new abode, which is also located in Tennessee, in a Feb. 19 Instagram photo dump

The post offered a glimpse of some of the home’s impressive features, including large sliding glass doors, an outdoor entertaining area and marble countertops in the kitchen. Similar to her previous home, this property appears to be surrounded by nature.

Cavallari captioned her post at the time, "homebodies," and in the comments section, her fans couldn't get over how stunning the property looked.

"That house is insane Kristin! Wow," one person wrote, followed by another who added, "Not hard to be a homebody with that scenery! Beautiful.”
