The dress — which she teamed with nude pumps and a brunette wig featuring sweeping bangs — used strategically placed locks of hair wound around her waist to cover a little bit of her modesty as she posed for the camera at the event. Censori arrived at the ceremony alongside her husband, rapper Kanye West, in a large fur coat, which she subsequently stripped off to reveal a completely sheer dress — and no underwear. The event marked the first time West — who dated Fox briefly in 2022 — had appeared on the Grammys red carpet in 10 years.
