Oh, I doubt that. I just love to cook. And am passionate about my air fryer. I sometimes need to do better with presentation.....but I am a single, almost 50 guy.....so sometimes present isn't as important as feeding my guts. @submissivelyspeaking beats me on presentation.....

 

My cooking is basic, but boring. I always admire people who can make it also look appealing!

Really...I don't make anything awesome and rarely make dinner at all anymore so I don't have any stuff to show so that's why I enjoy seeing what you all have made!! I enjoyed cooking when my kids were home and cooked from scratch but that was years ago. Tonight I ate the rest of the burger I had at lunch and would be happy eating cereal for dinner.

Depending on how much driving you are actually doing, if you're doing long distances, you might want to check some cook books that give recipes for using your engine block to cook the food. I've met a few over the road drivers who have tried cooking while they're driving, and they said it saves them money and time. Depending on how complex the recipes are, the hardest thing about cooking this way is making sure you wrap all the food fully so that any fuel and oil fumes don't get into the food!
