Zozibini Tunzi is married!
The South African model-actress, who was crowned Miss Universe in 2019, revealed that she tied the knot with her partner, Luthando Bolowana.
The ultra-private model, 31, has kept her relationship out of the spotlight almost entirely, but couldn't wait to tell her friends, family and 2.8 million followers that she found her happily ever after. The day after her wedding, Tunzi broke the news on Instagram on Sunday, March 23.

Tunzi shared five photos from her big day with Bolowana, which was held at Belair Pavilion in Cape Town, South Africa.
“22/03/2025❤️💍,” Tunzi captioned her post. “I love you endlessly..Husband🥹❤️.”
According to Tyme Collective, who Tunzi credited with photographing the March 22 nuptials, the couple “welcomed an intimate group of close friends and family to celebrate their wedding."

Much like she did on the Miss Universe stage, Tunzi sparkled on her special day. The groom sported a cream suit jacket and black trousers for the ceremony while the model wore a custom creation by Phan Huy.
The Vietnamese fashion designer was “honored” when the bride asked him to design her wedding gown — an off-the-shoulder, semi-sheer dress covered in hundreds of beaded flowers — Huy explained in an Instagram post.
“The gown took three months to complete, involving numerous stages and dedicated artisans, totaling over 700 hours of work,” according to the post, which also revealed the secrets behind the dress’s unique floral design.
“Each flower on the dress was hand-cut and shaped; the veil featured intertwined large and small floral rings adorned with over 300 organza flowers,” according to the post. “The 3D floral branches on the gown,” meanwhile, “were meticulously handcrafted by four artisans, incorporating more than 14 types of beads and stones,” Huy said.

The designer also noted that due to Tunzi's “busy schedule,” Tunzi could not be measured in person, instead sending the figures to Huy’s team in Vietnam — but “remarkably, the dress fit perfectly” during the very first fitting.
And it fit her like a glove during the actual ceremony, which the model documented with a special wedding video filmed by Cinastage, which was also shared on Instagram.

The footage showed everything from aerial shots of guests gathering at Belair Pavilion to clips of the newlyweds getting ready before the ceremony. The heartfelt video also showed Tunzi walking her down the aisle, Bolowana tearing up as she approached the altar and the moment they sealed their union with a kiss.
“And here we are,” Tunzi wrote in the caption. “Husband and Wife. A place so safe and sure. Here we are—Home🤍💍💐♾️.”
