Demi Lovato is telling Jordan "Jutes" Lutes how much she loves him.
On Friday, Feb. 14, the "Cool for the Summer" hitmaker (who uses she/they pronouns) shared a sweet Instagram tribute to her fiancé, 33, in honor of Valentine's Day.
"Jordan, I cannot WAIT to marry you!!" Lovato, 32, captioned a series of photos on the platform. "The past 3 years have been the best 3 years of my life and I have you to thank for that."
They added: "I’m obsessed with your heart, your love and your light. I can’t wait to grow old with you and start a family together 🥹🥹 Happy Valentine’s Day to the love of my life. I love you honey!!!"

Alongside the sweet caption, Lovato also shared a series of glamorous photos featuring her in wedding white with Lutes.
Throughout the photos, the "Heart Attack" musician wore an off-the-shoulder, long-sleeve, white dress with cat-eye sunglasses and a white headscarf alongside the "Sleepyhead" artist sporting black shades and a black suit.
The pair posed inside a black convertible, holding hands while walking and kissing.
Jutes — whose romance with Lovato was made public in August 2022 — popped the question in a “personal and intimate proposal” in Los Angeles on Dec. 16, 2023, PEOPLE confirmed exclusively at the time.
Aside from co-writing "Substance" with Lovato — which is how the now-couple first met in January 2022 — he also shares writing credits on her tracks "Happy Ending" and "City of Angels," all off Lovato's album Holy Fvck.

"You know, I've waited my whole life for him," Lovato told PEOPLE in September 2024. "It's very grounding to have a partner that is so supportive, so loving, so caring. It's very easy to stay centered with him because I love him so much and he treats me so amazing."
The following month, Jutes revealed to PEOPLE that the pair are not looking to rush the process.
"We're not trying to stress ourselves out,” he said. “I feel like a lot of weddings can be stressful and very quick, and so we're on it, but we're also taking our time, and we're also just enjoying being engaged.”
