Looking dapper as he poses with slicked-back hair and a jacket and tie, the former contestant on Celebrity Apprentice, 46, is accused of owing more than $350,000 in taxes and penalties from 2008, 2009 and 2010. His attorney, Russell Yankwitt, tells the Los Angeles Times that Baldwin, who pleaded not guilty and was released on his own recognizance, “did not commit any crimes” and is working with prosecutors and the tax office “to resolve any differences.” Rockland County District Attorney Thomas Zugibe accuses Alec’s little brother of “repetitive failure” to file returns and pay taxes, contributing to “the sweeping cutbacks and closures in local government and in our schools.” Baldwin faces up to four years in prison if convicted.
