John Mayer had an extra special guest at his latest gig.

The musician’s close friend Andy Cohen took his 4½-year-old son Ben to the New York leg of Mayer’s SOLO tour at Madison Square Garden on Wednesday.

Cohen, 55, later shared a series of sweet snaps from the concert on his Instagram with a caption referencing the Grateful Dead: “Come, hear Uncle John’s Band! First concert of what I hope will be a long run of them!”

In the first image, Cohen can be seen holding his son’s hand as they watch Mayer, 45, perform from the side of the stage. This was followed by a second shot of Ben on his dad’s shoulders. In the third photo, the Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen host showed off Ben’s concert pass which read, “John Mayer SOLO Ben Cohen.”

“SO sweet!!!!❤️❤️❤️,” wrote former Top Chef host Padma Lakshmi in the comments section, while Real Housewives of Salt Lake City star Angie Katsanevas added, “Little Ben on Dads shoulders…best seat in the house🩵🩵🩵Or should we call it, first chair😉Have fun!”

Mayer still has plenty of dates left on his North American tour, including stops in Boston, Philadelphia, Nashville, Tampa and Indianapolis.

On Monday, the singer made an appearance on WWHL with Cohen to discuss the gigs, and while on air the longtime friends also divulged the secrets of their bond

In a fun game titled “Hot Po-Titty,” the pair had to pass each other Real Housewives of Orange County star Tamra Judge's breast implant and name things they love about their friendship in 30 seconds.

“People love to pester John and me with questions about the inner workings of our friendship, so right now we’re explaining what truly makes us the ‘breast of friends,' " Cohen told viewers, before starting the game by saying he loves how “loyal” Mayer is.

Mayer responded that Cohen is “very caring to everyone around you.” Cohen then joked, “I love your supple lips,” with Mayer adding, “I love your FaceTimes where you’re laying in bed in a hotel room and you’re bored.”

The “Gravity” singer also shares a special relationship with Cohen's son Ben and was by the little one’s side when he celebrated his 3rd birthday in February 2022.

The sweet snap was taken when the singer joined the father-son duo at Cohen’s Hollywood Walk of Fame ceremony, which took place on the same day as Ben’s birthday.
