Andie MacDowell Shines in Silver Gown at The Way Home Season 2 Premiere

All eyes were on Andie MacDowell at The Way Home season 2 Premiere in New York City on Tuesday.

The actress, 65, who plays Del Landry in the Hallmark Channel original series, stepped out on the red carpet in a glittery, sheer turtleneck dress in silvery shade of gray with a black clutch bag. Her shoes were covered by her shimmering floor-length gown.

MacDowell wore her curly gray hair in a sophisticated updo with a few tendrils swept to the side of her face. She went with a minimalistic approach with no earrings, so as to not take away from the glamour of her sparkly dress.

In November, the Love After Love star told PEOPLE she was loving embracing her gray hair, which she debuted in 2021.

“I knew instinctually that this was something that I wanted to do. I'm just so thankful that L'Oréal Paris supported me and that everybody's been so kind to me and positive. The response has been really nice,” MacDowell told PEOPLE exclusively at the L'Oréal Paris Women of Worth celebration in Los Angeles.

“I'm just appreciative that people let me be the individual that I am without question. I think people also agree that silver hair probably suits me," she added.

A few months prior, in May, MacDowell donned an elegant bronze floor-length silk dress with an oversized bow over her shoulder for the premiere of Last Summer. She wore her gray hair in an elegant updo and paired the look with golden swirl earrings.

The actress appeared to be in high spirits as she shot peace signs and waved to crowds in between posing for photographs. She was even captured blowing a kiss to bystanders.
