Joeylin Kenley McDonald, who was identified by her family, was at the Rocky Mountain SER (RMSER) after-school head start program in Pueblo when police responded to a call on Friday, April 18, at 7 p.m. local time, ABC affiliate KRDO and Fox affiliate KXRM-TV reported.
